Your data will not be handed over to a third party, and only the registrar will be in possession of it. Your Personal Data may be transferred to recipients which may be outside the EU, and may be processed by us and these recipients outside the EU. In connection with any transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside the EU that do not generally offer the same level of data protection as in the EU, Cajo will implement appropriate specific measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of your Personal Data. A. Manual material If manual material is printed out from the register stored on the computer, the material is kept in a locked space, and only the registrar has the right to access the register.
B. Data stored on the computer Only the registrar can access the register data. Only the registrar has the right to handle the data.
9. Right to inspect and carrying out the inspection right
Everyone has the right to verify personal data. The verification request must be made in writing with a personally signed letter or in person at the registrar. More information on the inspection and data correction right can be found in the Data Protection Ombudsman’s guidelines.
